Welcome to washvero, the AI washer that learns fabrics and optimizes washing cycles. These terms govern your access to and use of services, info products and goods provided by washvero at washvero.tech.

1. Definitions

“Service” means personalized washing sessions using AI that learns your fabrics and optimizes cycles. “Info Product” means digital guides, manuals or tutorials. “Goods” means physical accessories purchased through washvero.tech.

2. Use of Services

Users agree to provide accurate fabric information and follow care labels. washvero reserves the right to modify AI settings to ensure optimal care.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, designs and algorithms remain property of washvero. No part may be reproduced without prior written consent.

4. Pricing and Payment

All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. By making a purchase, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Requests for a refund on personalized washing sessions must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled session via our support form. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. If you need to reschedule, please notify us no later than 24 hours before the session. Sessions cancelled within less than 24 hours are non-refundable due to custom calibration of AI settings.

5.2 Info Products

Digital guides and tutorials may be refunded within 14 days of purchase provided no downloads or access have occurred. To request a refund, submit details via our support form. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 14 days. Once an info product is accessed, it is non-refundable to protect the integrity of our content.

5.3 Goods

Physical accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact our team via support form. After receipt and inspection, we process the refund back to the original payment method within 14 days. You may opt to swap the item or apply the value toward another purchase.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services, info products and goods are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, except as required by applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

washvero shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our platform or products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Geneva.
